Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy

This return policy applies to products purchased from billabong, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“billabong”) under its “billabong,” “Roxy,” and “DC” brands (collectively, the “Brands”).  billabong provides refunds for purchases made at billabong company owned retail and outlet stores (“Company Retail Stores”) and on the Brands’ official e-commerce sites as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, billabong will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at a Brand’s official e-commerce site. E-commerce purchases can be returned via U.S. Mail or at Company Retail Stores listed on our e-commerce sites (excludes authorized billabong dealers and authorized dealer locations).
